For research groups developing their own computational approaches and solutions for network analysis and computational inference, Ingenuity provides specialized content extractions of the Ingenuity knowledge base.  The customized knowledge bases are updated with new findings from the literature on a regular basis.  Types of content available include:

ASK Query Language:
