User Group Meeting, IPA, and Variant Analysis Workshop – London

QIAGEN Ingenuity User Group Meeting

Thursday 15th May 2014

Time: 9:00 – 17:00 followed by Drinks Reception and Networking (17:00-19:00)

Location: Imperial College, South Kensington Campus, London

The User Group Meeting will consist of talks, customer case studies, and interactive feedback sessions where new and existing users of the QIAGEN Ingenuity products can learn about product updates, usability tips & tricks & and best practices, and be able to engage with other users from the scientific community.

IPA Advanced Training Workshop

Friday 16th May 2014

Time: 9:00 – 16:00

Location: Imperial College, South Kensington Campus, London

The one-day course will include presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on case studies exploring the more advanced features of IPA, including the Advanced Analytics add-on package. This is a course for existing users of IPA with good basic knowledge and experience of running and interpreting data through the IPA Core Analysis. The course will use a case study of RNA-Seq gene expression data.

Cost: £100 and will include a 2-week training license for IPA with Advanced Analytics

 

Variant Analysis Training Workshop

Friday 16th May 2014

Time: 9am – 15:30pm

Location: Institute of Child Health, University College London, London

The workshop is aimed at clinicians, biologists, and researchers who either have, or will soon have human DNA resequencing data and wish to undertake the statistical and biological analysis to identify potential causative variants. The one-day course will include presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on case studies exploring the use of Ingenuity Variant Analysis for the identification and interpretation of potentially causal variants in complex data sets from whole genome, whole exome, and targeted panel variant call files.

Cost: £100 and will include an activation code for 2-weeks of unlimited access to Ingenuity Variant Analysis
